CLE Credits

What about CLEs?

Continuing legal education (CLE) credits are available for reviewing the charts and listening to the audio webinars.  Awardable credits depend on whether your state uses a 60-minute or 50-minute credit hour.

The following jurisdictions have a 60-minute credit hour:

  • AK, AL, AZ, AR, CA, DE, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KY, LA, ME, MN, MS, MT, NH, NV, NC, ND, NM, OH, OR, PA, PR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA and WY.

The following jurisdictions have a 50-minute credit hour:

  • CO, FL, GU, KS, MO, NY, OK, RI, VI, WV, and WI.

  • Federal Civil Procedure (view product): 103 minutes. The Florida Bar has approved 2 hours of intermediate-level general CLE credits for this product.
  • Federal Civil Evidence (view product): 110 minutes. The Florida Bar has approved 2 hours of intermediate-level general CLE credits for this product. Additionally, it has approved 2 hours of civil trial certification CLE credits.
  • Federal E-discovery (view product): 138 minutes. The Florida Bar has approved 3 hours of intermediate-level general CLE credits for this product. Additionally, it has approved 3 hours of technology CLE credits.
